Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
All About Vacuums offers free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $9.95.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (additional cost at checkout)
- Oversized Items: Larger items such as central vacuum systems may require additional shipping time. We will contact you if any delays are expected.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items. If you need special shipping arrangements, please contact us at 888-565-6163 or info@allaboutvacuums.com.
Return Policy
31-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 31 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be in like-new, unused condition
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at 888-565-6163 or email info@allaboutvacuums.com with your order number.
- Our team will provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Items returned outside the 31-day window but within 60 days (subject to restocking fee)
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts
- Items with obvious signs of use
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at 888-565-6163. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain all packaging materials as they may be needed for a shipping claim.
For defective items discovered after use, our in-house repair team can diagnose and fix the issue, often under the manufacturer's warranty. Bring the item to our showroom at 826 N Easton Road, Doylestown, PA 18901 or call us to discuss your options.
