Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you need international shipping, please contact us at 888-565-6163 and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 31-day return policy on most products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Contact us to initiate a return.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, call us at 888-565-6163 or email info@allaboutvacuums.com with your order number. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at 888-565-6163. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please keep all packaging materials for the claim process.

Do you repair vacuums?

Yes! We have factory-trained technicians who service all major vacuum brands in-house. Most repairs are completed within a few days.

How much do repairs cost?

Do you offer a trade-in program?

Yes! Bring in your old vacuum and we'll give you credit toward a new one. The trade-in value depends on the condition and brand of your current vacuum. Visit our showroom or call for details.

What brands do you service?

We service all major brands including Miele, Riccar, SEBO, Simplicity, Dyson, Hoover, Shark, and many more. If you're unsure, give us a call and we'll let you know.
